Questions our clients ask
What is AI governance and why does it matter now?
AI governance is the set of policies, controls, and accountability that determine how AI is approved, deployed, and monitored. It matters now because generative AI is already in use across most organisations — usually before any policy exists to govern it.
What is prompt injection?
An attack where crafted input causes a language model to ignore its instructions — leaking data, taking unintended actions, or producing harmful output. It is the most common vulnerability class in generative AI applications and cannot be fixed by prompt wording alone.
How do we control shadow AI use by employees?
Start with discovery: find which AI tools are actually in use. Then provide an approved, secure alternative — bans alone push usage underground — and back it with usage policy, data-loss controls, and monitoring.
